Lutron dedicates itself to intelligent digital controls for tunable systems

Lutron’s Tom Shearer discusses the reliance on high-quality lighting controls with reliable design and installation at the Lighting for Health and Wellbeing Conference. Once the tunable or circadian-friendly luminaires are in place, users must be able to independently control the intensity and CCT of lumens output. A digital control system is commissioned and charged with specific lighting scenarios, from scheduled spectrum changes to emergency response lighting and energy conservation programming such as dimming and on/off scenarios.
